WHODUNIT? The Science of Solving Crime Opens August 30th! Free with General Admission
Junior detectives can test their crime solving prowess in this interactive, investigative exhibit. A crowd favorite in its inaugural showing in 2001,
it is back by popular demand for a limited run this fall.
Visitors take on the role of police detectives who discover a body in an alley while investigating a robbery. Sleuths will listen to eyewitness testimony,
search for physical evidence and analyze the evidence in the crime lab. They'll learn about DNA profiling, fingerprinting, firearm identification, forensic anthropology,
evidence collection and the examination of trace evidence. Local experts, including a medical examiner, forensic artist, firearms examiner and fingerprint examiner,
will offer tips in the quest to discover "Whodunit?"
For even more excitement join us for a Super Sleuth Saturday and learn more about what it takes to investigate crime and how you can be a helpful witness.
